The Cornice Company is building its reputation on service-oriented practices. We have developed over time a detailed understanding of the design and construction process as well, having worked closely with numerous architects, and having architects on staff.
The Cornice Company project team can provide all construction administration, construction management, estimating, general and sub-contracting, scheduling, bidding/negotiations, project management, and other services as required for proposed project construction.
The Cornice Company is also proud to offer design-build services. The design–build route changes the traditional sequence of a project for the benefit of the client. It answers the client’s wishes for a single-point of responsibility in an attempt to reduce risks and costs. Additional benefits include better communication, more accurate estimating, budget review and development throughout the entire project, constructability confirmation throughout design, and reduction of the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. As with our other construction services, we commit to achieving the highest level of quality, value and customer satisfaction in every project, for every customer.
Our firm is large enough to provide a high quality of construction management services to this project, while completing our other work on the Gervasi Winery and Vineyard, Keystone Local School Districts and other current projects that are being managed.
David has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience spans in a wide range of projects, which include K-12 Educational, Retail, Commercial, High-end Residential, and Light Industrial.
